Ki not enough constipation remedies

Warning:

A) Over cold vegetables and cold fruits can result in Ki Weakness constipation. Everything must be moderate.

B) Elderly: Alot elderly hand tremble, but once stomach clear recover. Some memory poor, once stomach clear is good.

C) Woman PMS pain: Sometimes once stomach clear le comfy back.

D) Vegetables, must be fried with abit salt than can help. Example u eat cucumber raw, what u eat is urine out, it dont have the fire and salt force to go to stomach to produce shit.
(So some drink alot juice with fiber is useless for constipation but injured stomach)




Now, many constipation even drink alot honey, fruits and vegetables same same cant improve. Well do u know, if u drink too much honey (can cause dampness in stomach which cause no energy to flow, fruits too much , too cooling may result stomach more weak)

Drink water alot doesnt mean stomach can absorb. if ur stomach no fiber or salt particles.... ur stomach can absorb the water.... and end up still constipated. So doesnt mean drink alot water can help, although is a basic.

Sometimes we may misuse the word constipation. Some people visit toilet daily and 2 times a day. Some once every 2 days. It really depends.

Today we discuss about when u go to toilet it seems difficult to pass out. And stools is not hard and also not cause by heatiness. This may be due to nervous system and also sleep late or tiredness which cause body Ki not enough to "push" it out.


Omhealth essential Oil Blend for Constipation.

A) Apply the oil blend massage stomach clockwise 54 times clockwise.
B) Press ST25 point 2 mins, 2 fingers beside left and right navel.
C) Press the Point Four fingers above wrist front.


[ On ur palm put 10 drops of rice bran oil , 2 drops peppermint, 1 drop marjoram and 1 drop lavendula vera and massage tummy clockwise gently.


Sometimes I love to use my peppermint oil in an undiluted form, though caution should be taken as it may cause a slight skin irritation. But for me ok .  emergency time a drop in wrist apply neck and wrist and tummy.

Place a drop on the stomach meridian pressure point. Repeat 2-3 times a day. 
Place a drop on additional pressure points including wrists, behind the ears, and between 
the thumb and index finger. 

ST 25 is the point for constipation

Essential oils: Peppermint or Healing/Sacred Holy Frankincense.
Try direct application. Or mix a few drops of fennel or frankincense with a carrier oil. Rice bran oil or Jojoba oil are especially good choices. With light pressure, massage around the bellybutton in small circles that move from right to left.
Caution: If you are pregnant, avoid. ]
Apply oil  four fingers above front of wrist. And press this point for 3 mins. Use thumb to press, 6 seconds release , 6 second release....

There are people say banana certain fruits can help constipation. but not true. Some and most constipation is cause by weakness stomach. But banana cooling to stomach.
