Expert Says:
There is a close link between sleep and immune syste,. Sleep lost can affect our immune system and white blood cell counts and the chemicals that drive immune response
So some say 8 hours some says 7 some say 6.

But for me I sleep for 5-6 hours.  Am I ok?

YES

For me, I wont use the word sleep as direct link to immune system. I will say REST. Sleep is a form of rest. If during day time, u have some rest time like 5 -10mins breathing exercise. And ur mind is rested at times during day. U sleep less also ok. ANd if ur sleep is quality rest , even few hours is ok:>

U can see many healthy successful business man sleep 5 hours only. But u notice for them in day time, when time to stress they stress, when time to rest (like go reflexology or listen 10mins music, they rest).

So from today onwards dont stress about insomnia. U should learn the art of breathing exercise, art of rest and art of LET GO in day time.

Having a good rest method with Bryan Lao Shi

Morning 5mins rest

Turn on a music u love, apply Spice up ur life oil a drop and a drop rosewood oil on palm with 1 drop rice bran oil apply neck. And close ur eyes, listen to music.


After Lunch 5 mins rest.

For that 8 mins after lunch, just avoid mobile or computer.  Choose an acupressure u love and press .

For mind , Qi and also calming.

Apply pressure gently this two area can help looks good and sleep better.


Evening 5mins;

Listen to 高山流水. Hold a crystal and relax. Crystal therapy is non religious but the EMF helps to calm a body.

Half hour before sleep

Use any of the combinations:

Lavendula
Peppermint
Cedarwood oil

3 oil with rice oil apply neck and back if have stiffness. Follow inhale cedarwood with Bryan relax blend, seems to works wonder.

(optional, add 4 lavender if have headaches)

All ingredients in a cup of hot water steep for 5mins and add linden honey (power for sleep nerves)

This combination can aid sleep by rlieving stress. It refreshes the senses, producing calming effect. This tea has many phytochemicals include carotenoids, luteolin 7 beta d glucoside, and active components in the form of flavonoids such as apigenin and luteoin. This reduce anxiety by binding to benzodiazepine receptors.
