3 days to more comfortable body

Is to my concern that the lifestyle and the food we eat now resulted many of us to have a depleted energy in terms of mind and body.

Body: Not in right conditions with heaviness in the shoulders and puffiness and heaviness in mid body.

Mind: Foggy and even u have rested enough the clarity that u used to have when u were young seems to disappear.

Emotion: Feeling kinda blue and ON and Off feel ok and not ok. It seems to lost the CONSTANT  .

Omhealth 3 Days Release and Rejuvenate

U can have ur non oily breakfast and also black coffee.

I suggest the 3 days, u try to eat lite and dinner at 6pm or 7pm latest. If later than tat drink some Oats.

Use Oil like 3 oil method for neck shoulder and Ginger lily flower for stomach.

U can see above pic I put essential oil on some cream and massage stomach last time. Now I only use coconut oil or rice bran oil and jojoba oil a small squeeze just enough to massage stomach.

Stomach has the Energy of whole body. Massaging stomach daily can tone ur tummy and rejuvenate ur Ki.

Black Rice Tea

1 Tablespoon rice in 2.5 cups water boil for 20mins (small fire). Drink the water that's all (warm) So u can boil morning put in a flask bring to office.

I was told u can put the rice in good thermos flask for 2 hours it will cook it also.

Drink the warm black rice water but don't eat the rice.;
