Is good to have antioxidant and also more fiber now and fruit vege not so late.
Drinking herbal tea (i prepfer chinese herbal tea one cup twice a week and english herbal tea 4 times a week).
English herbal tea is more gentle yet is ok for daily consumption but be careful of chamomile is too cooling daily consumption also no good.
Flu is actually not just a bad cold but a specific disease caused by a specific virus that attacks the lower respiratory system.
To be safe:
Wash hand frequently. And if u are outside use hand sanitiser if water not of reach.
Avoid people who are sick and if someone is sick u should be responsible to stay home.
Add mushroom to your soup and diet. But becareful as if swallow too fast cause in digestion. Than I suggest Han TCM or ur own brand LingZhi

Take Vitamin C with Zinc.
Add garlic to diet. I dont really suggest eat raw garlic as many asian stomach cant take it.

Immune SOup Remove dampness Soup by Bryan Lao Shi
Dried Mushroom 6 pieces (soak water)
赤小豆 50 gram
扁豆40 gram
Sweet corn one
White fungus: moderate or 30 gram
Half ripen papaya 2 slice ( or green papaya)
Ginger 2 slice.
Lean Pork 300 gram
All ingredients in a pot and add water till higher level than the ingredients. Till today when people ask me how much water or to measure, I really dont know how to answer. Is like gosh just add water to cook soup ahahah. Hmmmm i surrender to some aunties oooops not u ok. Is 1.7 litre water. Slow boil 2 hours. Or more water ba.
Add salt to TASTE;

Recipes for cough and sore throat
Gargle NOT DRINK:
This blend is also effective for coughs.
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 drop eucalyptus
1 drop lemon
1 drop Lavendula vera
1 teaspoon Korean roast 6 time salt or normal sea salt
Blends oils and vinegar. Top up with 1 teacup warm water, then stir in 1 teaspoon honey. Gargle 2-3 times daily, but not swallow.

I find all these years if have sore throat a pump of carrier oil on palm and add peppermint and lavender and massage neck
is effective in calming a sore throat.
Try to rub on the skin of the throat and chest.
Tissue add peppermint oil to inhale throughout the day.
