Sleep is the a important routine for good
health. But as we age, sleep quality will definitely be affected. SO we should
not attached to like u need 8 hours sleep. Different people may have the needed
number of hours. Most important thing is u feel good during day time.

u know u have sleep issue. U must take note of ur way to replenish the poor
sleep quality . So even 10 mins a day some of the techniques, acupressure,
music therapy etc helps.
Once u learn to replenish the lost Qi ur
body can repair and believe u are ok.
Reasons:
There are many reasons for sleep issues;
Some are genes , some are cause by worries in life . Some are due to stress
accumulated since beginningless time. Ahahah I use the word beginningless means
can be from past life… But we shall not touch that. We work on the power of NOW
to handle sleep

Grief
Above are the emotions we
will face and if we do not know how to clear them frequently our sleep will be
affected.

Health Conditions aches and
pains

Poor Digestion and eat wrong
dinner or eat too late. For people with sleep issues, u no choice need to eat 4
hours before u sleep. IF not don’t complaint.
I suggest clearing above emotion with some stretch and yoga will be good.
U can apply the oil behind neck and chest with a pump of rice bran oil.
Than each pose do with deep breathing.
The back bend if is too much just bend abit
with hand supporting the waistline. Of course there are many many different QI
Gong and body movement can help calm the mind. So I kick start u with something
simple u do it for awhile.
Legs up on wall (put a drop of the oil
inhale and stay this way for 5mins with eyes close. Listen to music.
C) Healing Sound: I remember teaching
healing sound Shhhhhhh, Sssssss, Haaaaaaaaa with some body movement. U can do
any stretch and repeat the 3 sound.
D) Food wise I think just eat lite for
sleep issues. Supplements I don’t recommend much. The social media market so
many promising supplement for sleep. I find it doesn’t work much ahahahhah.
Even more oil is assisting sleep.
E) Reduce screen time: I say le but it wont
happen, is part if life for many difficult to change. I also need to restrict
myself looking at phone before sleep BLUE LIGHT.
TCM:
In TCM sleep can be due to heart fire,
dampness, Liver Blood not enough. Aiya too many le. I suggest use rice bran oil
with a drop of sleep quality oil massage inner thigh.
I will massage One straight line as shown inner thigh.
Acupressure for sleep (Doesn’t work
wonders, it takes a lot of time I notice and u must do correctly, if so easy
everyone insomnia cure le ahahhahha)。 Comb hair works. U can put a drop of my
sleep oil at wooden comb and comb head.
Trinity Point for sleep. Press this three
points as shown below.
Or u can use a Gua Sha Plate dilute rice
bran oil with a drop sleep oil and gua from
I sometimes Gua as show on ur
left my inner arms from top to wrist. It covers heart lungs meridians one shot.
Stomach Massage: Navel is like a connection
with mother energy. I find stomach massage even with ruyi oil helps for some.
For me I will use a drop royal peppermint and a drop sleep oil and rice bran
oil a pump massage stomach Massgae stomach clockwise 54 times, anti clock wise
54 times.
Massage stomach with oil is a gentle,
noninvasive treatment that may have relaxing and healing effects for some
people
