Bryan Lao Shi's findings on wrinkles ---- Part 1 of 4

Wrinkles?? It happens to everyone. One fine morning, you get up and see yourself in the mirror, only to realize that you are ageing. Ageing is a natural process and everyone has to go through it. Wrinkles are common during the ageing process. Though wrinkles cannot be controlled but they certainly can be prevented. There are several remedies to help prevent wrinkles.......I will unfold a series of wrinkles remedies this week So Stay tune ya :D

Do you notice your skin texture becomes dull and poor whenever you sleep late? According to Chinese TCM, wrinkles is governed by our liver. People who tends to sleep late and feels stressful, will affect the energy flow in their liver, and this is the main reason for wrinkles formation.

Step one to prevent wrinkle:
Sleep earlier or have quality sleep. Perform the "V & W" breathing exercise(refer to previous post) daily to increase the oxygen flow to our body. If you cannot do this, then cannot complaint about wrinkles k.....Beauty and good health comes with effort. Drink a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of honey added every morning when you wake up...........>>>> to be continued

I have wrinkles form when i was 25, now i am 36. I regretted that i party too much and smoke too.

SO you are correct to tell us to sleep early , which is a first step towards antiageing.
