Flu virus is round the corner, its time to arm yourself with either 2 of the following oils: Lavendula, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree & Lemon . Mix with water in a spritzer and spray your surroundings.
I have one more seminar to go this noon. But mom suggested I should post a tea to prevent the flu virus. So this post is for mum :) Need to rush now, tonite come back than check my grammar :p
Ingredients:
1 Luo Han Guo x 1
2. Half cup Honey suckle
3. Half cup yellow/white chrysanthemum
4. 8 pieces Sang Ye
5. Half pot of water
Boil water for 20mins. Off fire and put in the chrysanthemum. Steep for 15mins. Good Luo han Guo is very sweet, therefore it is not necessary to add sugar.
Luohanguo has been used as a medicinal herb for treating cough and sore throat and is popularly considered, in southern China,to be a longevity aid.
Recent research on Luo Han Guo suggests that the mogroside works as an antioxidant and that it helps to prevent cancer. The use of Luo Han Guo as a remedy for diabetes and obesity has been mentioned, since it can be used as a substitute for sugar. Luo Han Guo has also been shown to be useful against the Epstein-Barr virus.
I am so so happy to know that Ginger oil has worked well for many people. Since I introduced ginger oil during my cooking class last saturday, I have received 4 sms on using ginger oil for footbath. These people who make an effort to do a footbath, felt the heat energy going up to the head. Thereby, improving their blood circulation and at the same time, remove damp energy. Superb Oil. Lao shi, thanks for the $150 set for antiage, i find the price very reasonable, with serum cleanser and collagen moisturiser. I have been using for a month and my skin is smoother. I try to introduce the product to my colleagues, they are all using estee lauder and a bottle of collagen cream cost $200.
But when i tell them your product they say, your packaging looks cheap and no brand. I was quite angry but again may be you can improve on the packaging of the collagen cream.
Nevertheless your cleanser and cream is no way comparable to some branded product. I have tried many and love yours.

Thanks for the cooking class conducted last saturday, i have tried the hakka chicken soup. That is the best soup i ever cook for family. Luckily u remind me to rub some salt to the chicken.

I don't think he is absorbing the postage fees, the postage fees is factored into the cost of the product.

Tried the hakka chicken tonice soup by your mom. I feel very energetic and great.
The soup is very tasty, can i cook more than 2 times a week. Agreedwith the above the ginger oil and cleanser are very good.

Hi Bryan, I hate the smell of luo han guo but my mother say is good for me so i drink.I gave her your recipe and she made for my brother to drink because he has cough.He said he feels better, sooths his lungs.

Hi Lao Shi,is there anything to heal my aching hands? My husband enjoyed the ginger oil massage so much that he wants me to do it every 2 days at least.I feel tired but don't have the heart to say no to him.

We should paid for the postage, Is fair to pay bryan the postage for the price of the essentials oil he charge us compare to market is so much lower.
We should automatically include the postage fees when we made payment to Bryan.

Agreed with Veron. As the price of the products are selling at a low price compared to the market rate, at least we should take our initiative to include the postage charges when making payment to Bryan Lao Shi.

if only bryan says so, then we pay the postage fees and whether or not it is factored in, its not our concern. He sells the oil to us with the price quoted and we jus pay him accordingly. Most importantly is make your payment to him once you receive your order. So to pay more or not, its up to bryan to tell us, he knows best!!
