2nd Day course in BKK (I'm still on course)

Thanks for all the caring comments from previous blog and birthday present. Mdm Wee, thank you very much for coming to the airport at such early hours to pass me herbal tea. I am touched...

I managed to find an internet cafe. Yesterday's course was really interesting. My teacher is an Australian who practiced in herbs and TCM (Moloney Edward). My class consists of 9 therapists. 2 from Taiwan, 1 from Hong Kong, 2 from New Zealand, 1 from Japan and 2 from India. I am the only Singaporean in the class. Today, we are given 4 hours of free time for practical later. Wow..I am back to school days. Guess what are my assignments :P

Assignment A: To search for herbs or fruits found in Thailand. Present to the class an antioxidant fruit juice using the herbs/fruits found. Hmmm...what should I prepare... I wanted to prepare ginger and green apple juice. But I cannot find green apple here..... Maybe I will add a herb called 'Phrik'. This picture shows how it looks like.

Assignment B: To share methods how to reduce hair lost . Heheheee...this is easy :D I will share with them how to use the wooden comb and my 2 oils method!

Assignment C: Describe stress and comparison of stress levels with the different countries in the class. Feels like going back to school days for project discussion...not used to it. hahahaa...

Very excited to know so many therapists from different countries. We can't stop talking among ourselves. Everybody is just too excited to share and learn from each other.
Later, my new friend, Miss Chiasa Azami (from Japan), will share with me about Lavender charcoal flower water for dark eye circles and poor skin (Chemical free toner). So excited!

NB: "Phrik-Thai" in Thai, pepper is a branching, perennial climbing plant from whose fruiting spikes both white and black pepper are obtained. Used as a spice and condiment, pepper contains 2 to 4% volatile oil. Therapeutic uses includes carminative, antipyretic, diaphoretic, and diuretic agents.
