Folks, here's a tea recipe to share.

Drink this tea to improve your energy and tone your kidney. It is a very good tea for skin too. The royal family in Korea used to serve this as their daily tea. If you visits Korea, you will notice this 5 taste seed tea with honey. This is my favourite :) I like to make this for my cooking class members. Bryan's Procedure for nice Honey 5 taste honey Royal Tea

2 tablespoons of 5 taste seed and 1 litre water. Boil for 20 mins. Add honey to taste when cool. Super delicious!!

My TCM Teacher, always suggest me to take a bit 5 taste seed with honey for youth, energy and calm the mind. I truly love it! However, do not drink this tea if you are down with cough or flu. Its a mild tonic. It is advisable to get good quality 5 taste seeds. They must look nice and bright, not dried and black.
