Bryan, i love to do breathing exercise cum meditation since Jan 2009 till now at the natural park with my Mala n Bracelet.

It has expanded my lung cavity that i can breathe slightly better bec of health problem - asthma n insomina, skin n face complexion more radiant n even younger than my actual age.

It is so stressful n hectic to work in Sin. I will be planning to go Singapore Botanic Gardens or Changi Beach for a slow stroll or breathing exercise at natural park with fresh air.

1) dropped the shoulder
2) inhale very slowly
3) exhale very slowly

If u breathe very fast, yr body will be very tensed up.
