Bryan's new age meditation class = Breathing exercise with music
Modern life tends to divert us from nature. Practising meditation is a good way to relieve tireness and reconnect us with nature once again. Meditation helps to banish worries, discover inner smile, balance 5 organs, improve listening skill and letting go of the past.
Thereby, achieving a more radiant and serenity outlook.
It reaps especially good result for those with chronic illnesses or tiredness.
Well, do not be put off by the word "Meditation". Many people thought they will not be able to do meditation because they are not able to concentrate. While many others have the misconcept that meditation is only connected to certain religions. No No Noooo....
Bryan's meditation class is more new age. Absolutely not religious at all :D It is more of doing breathing exercises with music. I can assured you there's no religious content at all. In IT terms, it is as though defragmentation of the computer so that it has more space and operate at a faster speed. 5 mins to 10mins a day of "Defragmentation" will be good enough :)
I just finish my daily stretches and breathing exercise. I feel superb. Many people do not believe that I used to have problems with my back and spine. Combined with my 3 oil method, doing these stretches and breathing exercise helps me a lot.
I can be telling you many times how sweet and juicy a mango is but you will never know how yummy it is until you eat it.
Having experienced and seen the benefits for myself, I started sharing my 3 oil method for bodyache and recently, I managed to start my first meditation class. I really hope that more people can also experience the benefits of breathing exercise and meditation for themselves. You won't be able to understand how beneficial it is, until you experienced for yourself. Bryan, the meditation class is an eye opener to me. I never expect it to be so interesting. I wanted more of it so I do it at home again that night. I have been following your method since then.
If only you can conduct it more often, that will be best.

I can't have enough of the breathing exercise. I feel extremely fresh and energetic after the whole thing.
I don't feel any religious stuff in it.

Bryan, i never tell u that my general radiography on cervical spine. Mild degenerative changes present. Disc spaces are intact. Alignment of bones is preserved.

I have neck injury for many years bec i am attacked by a basketball at the playground. I cannot bend or rise my head up n down.

After my trial yoga class, i will buy one or two Mango to eat at the supermarket. The skin n flesh r all yellow. It is very nice to admire with my eye.
I have massaged my hand, back n leg with my massage oil last nite. I feel more relax, lesser bodyache and pain.
I will bring along my Voilet Energy Mala n Bracelet to attend my Yoga Class today.
I am enjoyed myself as Tai Tai for 90mins yoga workout with suana environment. I have showered myself with Austrilian Organic Shower Gel n Shampoo. I am playing with waterheater to massage my tired body. It is so fun to pamper myself in this way.
