My Grandma-- --- Festive News
Do you know the original taste for real Hakka Soon Kway and abacus is from Grandma's time. Many hawkers sell Hakka food but the taste is different now. Bryan is very lucky to have my mum having learnt the secret way of cooking this dish. Hey! The new 传人is me :p Hahhaha...Indeed I think I am very fortunate to eat this dish during every Chinese New year. Show this picture to your parents, who knows they might have been there :)
Many people don't enjoy abacus because they had not taste the real stuff :p The texture for the real one should be QQ and tasty. Do you want to taste this dish? Yes. Mum has decided to share her secret to make this dish soon. Stay tune.
If anyone have watched the TV program in 2008 about Mum's Abacus, hope you like it.
Below is a picture of Abacus, cooked by Mum on 12 Feb 9pm. Gosh! I ate a lot because its so delicious! No msg so not thirsty, QQ ( bouncy and not greasy)
