Transform Sickness to motivation
For many of us, the ills of the body are like a magnet for our anxieties. Sickness remind how fragile we, humans are. Even a minor flu can help us practise letting go of self, and by doing so, grant us the freedom to make the most of every part of our lives.
Bryan 老师 Chronic Bodyache --- Speedy recovery method (3 times a day)
Aroma oil used -
Lemon oil, Rose Geranium and Peppermint
The 3 oil combines to transform our cells to strength and fight illnesses. One drop each onto a piece of facial cotton and inhale a few times.
Next, stretch out your arms, raise high over your head and clench your fists. Breathe in as you stretch, clench your muscles and release as you breathe out. A good loud yawn can help you during the release. Feel all tension being released as you open up your fist and let go.
Repeat 3 times, followed by saying : "My cell vibrates in the highest energy, I am energized!" You will be surprised to see a faster recovery for your bodyache.
Keep the piece of facial cotton in your pocket. The aroma will last throughout the day.

Hi Bryan
I have read through the topics on body aches/pain, but did not see anyone on neck pain/leg muscle pain.
Do you have any treatment for this problem?
