Quality Sleep

This is a very common topic across all magazines, where remedies A - Z were shared but many people were too lazy to try out. Bryan decided to kick start a 3 days quality sleep procedures for you.

Insufficient sleep leads to

A) Chronic neck or back pain can never heal because no time for the muscles to repair.
B) Skin aged very quickly because the liver is tired and leads to wrinkles
C) Depression because good "Qi" is not accumulated in body due to lack of "Qi" and causes body "Qi" to deplete (元气大伤）

Bryan's 3 days procedures for better sleep. (Try it, nothing to loose)
It is only for 3 days. Please do not sms me that you have no time. Its for your own health and beauty.

1) Eliminate all caffeine. Eat brown rice during the day. No food after 7pm. If you feel hungry after 7pm, take only Quaker cereal with Goji seeds 2 hours before sleep. Do 6 3 6 breathing exercise anytime.

2) A 15 mins footbath with 3 drops of Lavendula Vera oil and 2 drops of Grapefruit pink an hour before bedtime. Followed by a cup of warm linden flower honey.

3) Apply 1 drop of Lavendula Vera oil onto your palm. Rub both palms till warm and massage your head for a minute. Do this 15 mins before bedtime.
