Laksa is good for health if it is well cooked

Actually is good to eat laksa once a week. Make sure it is a good quality laksa though. However, do not drink too much of the gravy.

Laksa has coconut cream right? Hmmm....do you know ..............?
Coconut cream. Isn't coconut cream the culprit that causes weight gain and triggers heart disease? In fact, coconut cream benefits your health more than what you've heard and learned for the past decades. How does coconut cream promote health?
Essentially, coconut cream benefits you with its medium-chain fatty acid (MCFA) structure and its lauric acid content. Let's first look at how its MCFA structure provides health benefits for you. Next, lauric acid in coconut cream benefits your health just as the lauric acid in human breast milk does for infants. It helps to improve your immune system and protects you against intrusive viruses and bacteria.

On top of that, its anti-carcinogenic and anti-pathogenic properties helps to prevent cancer. So, by eating a reasonable amount of coconut cream, you become very well protected. By reasonable amount, I mean you take it in moderation. Eating too much of it may make you ingest too much calories for your body needs. And when excess calories not used for energy, they'll ultimately get stored into your fat cells.

But do you know that coconut cream actually carries good saturated fat that benefits your health and weight loss by easily converting to energy as soon as your body absorbs it, just like what your body does on carbohydrate?

PLEASE TAKE NOTE. I'm not encouraging you to eat a lot of coconut cream... Eating too much health food is also no good, you'll still heap on excess calories and gain weight as a result. It's alright to consume in moderation in order to reap its health benefits without getting its disadvantages...
CAN ANYONE LEAVE COMMENTS HERE AS TO WHERE I CAN EAT NICE LAKSA. I WOULD PREFER THOSE USING CHOP STICKS TYPE OF LAKSA ...NOT THE KATONG LAKSA TYPE ...AAHHAHAHA.... THANK YOU =)
