Cancer and Stress

Cancer is related to stress or distressful emotions is as old as the history of recorded medicine. Over 2,000 years ago, in his dissertation on tumors, De Tumoribus, Galen noted that women who were melancholy were much more susceptible to cancer than other females, presumably because they had too much black bile (mélas chole).

Its so common to hear people saying don't stress, try to go spa, eat healthy.... But have you practise your breathing exercise daily?

Nonetheless, some medical experts say therein lies the link between cancer and stress — if stress decreases the body’s ability to fight disease, it loses the ability to kill cancer cells.
Everyday, our bodies are exposed to cancer-causing agents in the air, food and water we’re exposed to. Typically, our immune system recognizes those abnormal cells and kills them before they produce a tumor. There are three important things that can happen to prevent cancer from developing — the immune system can prevent the agents from invading in the first place, DNA can repair the abnormal cells or killer T-cells can kill off cancer cells.

After writing the post on cancer, suddenly I received many emails from many for the past few days. Many parents suffered from cancer unknowingly, they were supposed to enjoy life at 50s and 60s after leading a very stressful life in the past.....

Everyone, is your life so stressful and it affects your sleep? If your answer is YES, please buy a small diary. Do a time table for :

1) Stomach massage daily ---> Increase Qi to fight disease
2) Breathing exercise daily ----> Increase oxygen to all 5 main organs
3) Say affirmation before sleep " I let go and let God" ----> reduce mental tension.
4) Boil the herbal tea which I shared for detox and anticancer properties
5) Use less chemical products, starting from shampoo which absorbed into body very quickly.
