The service rendered by the courier company which I have engaged is not up to expectation lately....
I hope all of you can help me. If I email to you that I will courier your order to you on that particular day, it means your order will reach you on that day. If it never reach you, please sms me at 94895606 ok.
I will make sure you receive your order as promised. 2 cases where I couriered on Tuesday but there was a delay until Thursday. This is not acceptable.
