Paypal is reliable. but there is an administrative fees you will be incurred when you receviced the payment and transfer to your bank. Do check that you had received the payment first before sending your items.

Yup paypal is best for international orders. Take into account admin fee, though I am not too sure exactly how it is being calculated. Try to add at least 3% more.
