Ok Skin


To achieve good skin :

A) Sleep Quality

B) Water Intake

C) Soup and Green Bean Barley water detox weekly

D) Chemical Free Skin care

E) Lavender water or facial Mist

I am not a young chap anymore. I will also develop freckles due to my swimming sessions and exposure under the sun during my younger days without using sunblock. This is the best I can achieve now at this age. This picture was taken last year. You can see the right side of my face has a bit blemish, due to prolonged swimming under the sun. It has almost diminished now because I make it a point to use mask, serums and drinking juices daily.


Rashes and Skin:

Sometimes you may developed white head or rashes. Sometimes when you switch to natural skin care, the deep layer toxic may surface and sometimes there may be allergy as well. You need to monitor your skin condition yourself cos you know it best. For sensitive skin types, do not rush into doing everythings and overuse my skin care items. Be patience, one step at a time and will help you to achieve radiant skin in 3 months.


Never believe in advertisements for products that claims to bring you radiance overnight or within 5 mins....Hmmmm.... cover your face with a piece of warm cloth for 5mins will also have same effect of brightening skin.

What you and me want to achieve is Beauty from Within.


Detox Effects:

1) An outbreak occurs on skin

2) Mini rashes.

This time, wash your face with cold ice water daily for 3 days. Do not use any skin care except Lavendula Vera flora water to rest your skin.

Hi Bryan Lao Shi,

When you say "Soup and Green Bean Barley water detox weekly", do you mean that I boil the green bean and barley together? Or do I boil the water first, then off the gas after it boils, and add the green bean and barley?
