Bouquet of Protection SOUP

Whether you are 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s...... you can look good and deserve to have good skin:

For me,
1) Natural skincare is important. It is a slow, steady and radiant process.
2) Drink tea daily (Pu'er is a must for me)
3) Hydrate with Mist daily is extremely important.
4) 3 times a week must drink herbal tea for nourishing the lungs
5) Flower tea and honey is part of my lunch.
6) Never skip lunch. Otherwise, one can aged very fast. If you do not have time to eat lunch, take a piece of bread at least.
7) Many ladies do so much cardio but never take care of food intake...End result is nice body but the face may look very haggard.
8) Let go and smile more.

I went to the market at 6am. Going to make watercress with (north and south)almond and sweet dates for my family.

Benefits of this soup:
