Having a good well-being and beauty from within is important... Bryan's skincare and aromatherapy select the finest freshness with love and respect of environment. At least for my age, I think being happy is very important...

If you are sincere. people can feel it. The same goes for everything in life...Be it a junior sales person or a business man, you must be sincere in your work/product/services in order to be successful and go far....

I was born in the 70s...and I find that people born in 50s, 60s, 70s.... are able to endure hardships, cope with stress better, and less self centered. When there are nice food on the dinner table, we make sure our parents have enough to eat...compared to the new generation youngsters, who may probably finish off all the good ones....

I find that people who are born in 60s, 70s and early 80s, can be quite stressful in life. A part of us are like oldies... miss the period where pager is commonly used and where life does not involved so much of multi-tasking....we do one job at a time and do it nicely. As technology advanced...computers, IPHONE, ipad etc starts to emerge, our life become more stressful. Of course, we need to move on. We can't look back. What can we do? Most of the blog readers are perhaps in 30s, 40s and 50s.... Even though you know how to use Facebook and iphone but sometimes don't you miss the 80s?
I miss my 80s, where there isn't so much stress....

We can see big glamorous advertisements on skin care products almost everywhere. Human beings are easily tempted and swayed by nice attractive things..I have a few clients who switched from my products to other brands but come back and tell me that mine is the best. This is normal...because I, myself are also attracted by nice visual effect presented in front of my eyes. However, the world has changed. People are more concern with results.

Stress breaks down your immune system
How does stress break down your immune system? When you experience something stressful, your body secretes a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol is helpful in small doses because it helps you to react in dangerous situations. But the system is set up so that once the danger is gone, that same hormone can help your body restore homeostasis. If there is prolonged stress, the cortisol level doesn’t have a chance to return to a lesser amount.

Too much cortisol in your blood for an extensive period of time will lower the immunity responses in your body.

The first step in using clinical aromatherapy to boost your immune system is to help yourself to relax. Good Energy Aroma oils that are known for their ability to decrease stress and promote relaxation includes, Lavendula vera, Grapefruit pink, Bryan Relaxation blend, Rose Geranium etc. You can apply the oil onto a piece of tissue and tape it to blowing fan/aircon which fills up your room with the vapors. You can also apply the aroma oil into a bath and soak yourself...alternatively, you can use the oil for massage.
