DPower Bath Method

Received many sms that many felt giddy, fatigue and like world is turning.... FRET not, Bryan Lao Shi is here (although very busy i quickly go take pic and write this article..ehhehe ... )



I felt that for awhile too, so I did my power bath and Moxibustion or dont know moxibustion can use a stick press KID1 for 2 mins.

Power Bath:
4 -5 drops Bryan relax blend
or
2 drops rose geranium and 2 drops Cananga oil (stress buster_



Dampness: Singapore and Malaysia weather easily results in dampness in our body. Dampness blocks the flow of life energy and causes a stuffy chest and abdomen also causes stiff joints and heavy limbs. When Dampness invades the Spleen, it can cause upset stomach, nausea, a lack of appetite, a swollen abdomen and diarrhea. Giddy and Super fatigue...

Simple Power Bath: 4 drops of BRB in pail of warm water (abit hot type), than use good morning Towel scrub from neck to back and stomach and legs, no need me to teach la, anyhow scrub with this damp cloth can le. Scrub until water finish. Than this towel rinse with normal temperature water and wipe whole body to close the pores.

Normally after this bath ritual I use 3 oil and cream kwa sa neck shoulder. U will know what is HEAVEN..... TRUST ME TRY NOW la.
EXTRA for my Student:


In my Kwa Sa Moxibustion class I taught student to use moxibustion on KID1 point call Yong quan point is good for general weakness in body. Try this point and ZU San Li. Powerful way to remove fatigue






Food Intake now:


Grains: oats, brown rice
Herbs: ginger, cinnamon, cloves, basil, rosemary, fennel, dill, anise, cumin, carob, parsley, small quantities of hot peppers like cayenne and black pepper
TEA: Nothing can beat Chen pi Puer:>
