Facial Skin needs hydration



Hydration for your skin is especially important after 30 years old. You must do,


1) Facial Steaming once a week,


2) Scrub face once a week,


3) Clay mask for clarity


4) Serum before moisturiser (alternate with marine collagen, perfectionist or synergy cream).


5) Anti-age serum for day time and Skin vita serum for night time


6) Neroli oil facial massage.


7) Lavendula Vera flora water as toner.




Bryan's 7 power steps are easy. I combined 1,2 and 3 once a week. Sun is killer in Singapore so using Marigold sunblock moisturiser is perfect.
