Roasted Potatoes

Benefits of Rosemary, mace powder, Olive Oil Potatoes:
1) Vitamin-C and B-complex and minerals,like potassium, magnesium and phosphuros and zince super good for skin. Eat only before 12pm







Bryan lived in HDB flat. I always envy people who have big oven to bake cake and roasted herbal potatoes... Today, I use a normal pan and successfully "baked" my potatoes. Ermmm....please note that I am not a spokesperson for any frying pan companies.....







Procedure:


I bought a few potatoes, wash clean and cut them to pieces. I add a lot of Olive Oil into a bowl and throw in the cut potatoes, Rosemary and mace powder. I preheat the frying pan(with a lid) and add everything to the pan. Roast for a while
