Flu. Damp. Super fatigue Season is here

Cold season this few weeks. Our body is adjusting and may accumulate a lot of damp energy around neck shoulder area.

So no matter how much rest, u will feel tired.

Try 3 Oil with abit rice oil and kwa  sha your neck , shoulder(ownself can do).But upper back need people do. But normally DIY neck shoulder u feel great. Also after kwa if u have frankincense adrop on it amazing.

 
First put abit rice bran oil on palm:  add , 1-2 drop lavendula, 2 drops peppermint and 2 drops marjoram .
 
Apply neck shoulder and use a porcelain spoon kwa neck shoulder. U can do yourself.
 
 Gua neck, shoulder each side 50 times.
 
 
Sha rash does not represent bruising. Many in the market is gua till bruising. real Gua Sha no forceful one. Sha will come gently out.
 
The color of sha varies according to the severity of    a person blood stasis—which may correlate with the nature, severity and type of their disorder—appearing from a dark blue-black to a light pink, but is most often a shade of red.
 
Many with 3 oil has immediate relief from pain, stiffness, fever, chill, cough, nausea, and so on.
