A jam: Nice

Hawthorn Jam (for slimming)



Ingredients
1 cup hawthorn (山楂)
1 pkt lotus roots powder (莲藕)
1 tbsp maltose (麦芽糖)
2 tbsp sugar ()
Some honey (蜂蜜)

Method
1.            Soak the dried hawthorn in water for 2 hours.
把山楂泡在水中2

2.            Boil 2 cups of water and add the hawthorn to boil until starchy and then press till smaller pieces.
2杯水,加入山楂煮,直到淀粉,然后按到更小的碎片。

3.            Add lotus roots powder, maltose and sugar and mix well.
添加莲藕粉,麦芽糖和白糖拌匀

4.            Add some honey.

                添加一些蜂蜜。
