BLOG REST FOR FEW DAYS

I will rest my blog for a few days till Monday as I will be travelling to Thailand for a few days to upgrade myself on Thai Medicine and Art therapy. Mom told me its not safe to travel there now....but ok la. Mala remember :>
"Maeng-Lak" in Thai, hoary basil is an annual herbaceous plant with slightly hairy and pale green leaves, eaten either raw. Therapeutic benefits include the alleviation of cough symptoms, and as diaphoretic and carminative agents. This is also one of the main ingredients in my 5 elements oil. I will be on radio 97.2FM "Live" between 4pm to 5pm today. Today's blog information will share with you on the multi usage on Ginger. Ginger has many grades,which also determines the extraction method and price. The highest grade has the highest medicinal value. Today, I tried my best to post the usages of Ginger in Mandarin. I will translate the usages into English next week :P

姜 油
【主要作用】：去湿发汗，散淤止痛、促消化、调经、产后护理、提神。

姜油精油参考用法：
1、治疗伤风感冒：在手帕或纸巾上滴2滴姜油，再深深吸气，能治疗感冒和缓解因感冒引起的鼻塞；

2、预防感冒空气清洁剂：姜油4滴++迷迭香2滴+薰衣草1滴；

3、改善喉咙疼痛、积痰，恶心，消化不良：薰香法吸嗅

4、配合治疗关节炎、风湿疼痛、肌肉瘀伤、扭伤：热敷或按摩1~1.5%的稀释姜油；薰衣草2滴＋柠檬2滴＋尤加利2滴＋姜油2滴＋15ML基础油中，局部按摩或使用泡澡法都可以。

5、晕车：将薰衣草或姜油直接涂抹于鼻孔、太阳穴。或滴于纸巾上，直接吸入。

6、淋巴排毒、塑身纤体：适合夏天推广，配搭基础油做按摩，再配合SPA。姜油有促进血液循环，代谢体内水份的功效，可以排毒，也可以纤体。

7、纤体紧肤：泡澡，舒缓乾燥、疲惫的肌肤，热烈的姜油渗肤感，让松弛下垂的腰部、腹部、腿部等 部位肌肤变的紧实而富弹性。

8、改善神经衰弱和精神疲惫：用3滴姜油泡浴

9、配合做肾部保养、经络排毒、刮痧、肩颈保养

10、温暖手脚：冬季，手脚冰凉者，2滴于热水中浸泡脚，杀菌治脚气，活血。

11、美发护发：加姜油3-4滴至洗发水或护发素中，促进头发生产工具，对掉头发有良好的作用。
