Power Soup: Power of Asian: Power of Choy Sum


Hmmm....mum went overseas, only dad and I at home. I decided to whip up something simple yet nutrition for dad and I, because I don't wanna dine out. Rushed to the market before an ISO meeting at 11am and bought the followings:
A) $1 of ikan bilis for soup [I use half of the quantity]
B) 50 cents soya bean [ I use half of the quantity]
C) $2 Cai Xin (Choy Sum) [ Its a lot. I used half the quantity too]
D) Chilli fish balls.
E) Slices of ginger
F) Cut chillies with soya sauce.
G) Fish sauce to taste for soup


Methods:

Wash clean soybean, ginger and ikan bilis. Put them into half a pot of water and boil for 20 mins. Add in cut Choy sum and fish balls, till fish balls are cooked. Add some fish sauce to taste.


Ready to eat now! With cut chillies WOW WOWW

This soup helps to detox and remove wind. Very nutrition, being rich in vitamin C , beta-carotene, fibre and many B vitamins . Surprisingly they can contribute a lot of calcium and iron too. Because of their lower levels of oxalic acid (a compound that interferes with mineral absorption), the iron and calcium in Choy Sum is more readily absorbed than western leafy greens such as spinach and silver beet. Best of all, they are light and low in kilojoules with almost no fat. All good reasons to tuck into them!

Yep good quality,but scrub packaging should improve so more people will be attracted to this quality product.

I give your scrub to my aunt (only use Shu Umeru). Her first comment " looks cheap". Refuse to use, until she tried abit 2 months ago. And Lao Shi, she is ur client now, always order products thru me.

Packaging is the next step in your business.

The product is more important than packaging. Change of packaging will increase cost of products. Agreed??? We are cost conscious.
