Gosh...I've been so busy these few days running to many places. I really need to look for part time runners and data entry clerk ... .... hope I can devote more of my time on research and seminars instead of overloading myself with too many administrative work......

Yeah, i am happy to download 3 Mantra into my handphone(MP3) in Music Therapy cum Relaxation.
They r Medicine Buddha Mantra, Green Tara Mantra(The Mantra of JOy CD) and Mudras (Hand Formations)- I like this Mantra inside this Video Clip).
I can easily practised my Meditation Session(Breathing Exercise with these Mantra) at the Natural Park. I love to pull back my 54 Amethyst Mala & chanting Medicine Buddha Mantra.

I dreamt that I quit my job to be a stay at home mum and at the same time being employed by u to do admin work and including packing and sending out orders. Then my hubby asked me why our house so messy with so much stock, then I replied him 'working as staff for Bryan lor'. I think maybe u can seriously consider employing manpower to help u.

I will planning to go Marine Parade for my breathing exercise. I will going to Marine Parade Petshop 1st bec i love animal.
At the Singapore Botantical Gardens, i can see one pair of Swan at the pond,dogs, tree, bird, flower esp Orchid, waterfall & saw a few group of ppl exercising with Qi Gong or Tai Ji Chuan.
