Mail server Upgraded

Doing an upgrading for the mail server has caused me two sleepless nights because emails were cleansed and many emails were JAMMED. I guessed I talked a lot on the phone and lost my voice as a result. I'm going to make myself some herbal throat tea so that my voice can recover in time for this saturday's talk. Oh not forgetting, some moxibustion for my lung meridians so that I will speak loud and clear on Saturday.

Lesson:
When I woke up this morning, I feel good! The new mail server is much faster and save me a lot of time.
It goes the same for our body. Detox period is tough but once done, you feel refreshed. Voice come back quick. OM 21 times....
