Porridge for beauty and good health & Workshops

Hi all, I had a great time giving a workshop at CHIJ Toa Payoh yesterday. The principal and teachers were all so fun and energetic, especially Miss Plate. (personal joke)

Schools and companies who are also interested in my workshop on body wellness, beauty and health for your staff, can drop me an email at info@omhealth.com for more details. I assured that it will be a full 1.5 hours of fun and laughter for your staff.

Seats are going fast for 19th Nov workshop for first timer. 40 seats left so register fast. Those who had attended before, you should also introduce this workshop to benefit your friends and relatives.
I have given workshops to many schools, except my own primary and secondary school, which are namely, Ai Tong Primary and Deyi Secondary school. I really hope to have the chance to go back to my old schools and share with my teachers on my workshops.

I will always remember my Chinese teacher Mdm Gan, English teacher Mrs Khoo and Mrs Tan from Ai Tong Primary. And of course not forgetting my teachers from Deyi Secondary, Mrs Choy, Miss Yap, Mr Sng, Mrs Ramesh (wonderful English teacher) and very pretty English teacher, Mrs Ling. Without all your patience and guidance, I will not be what I am today. Words could not express how grateful and thankful I am but I will always remember I have such wonderful teachers in my school days.

Porridge for beauty & good health
Cook 1 bowl of rice with 1000ml water. 1/2 peach, 1/2 apple, 1/4 cucumber cut into small cubes, 6 pieces of prawns and mushroom 5 pieces slice.

Procedure:
Put the bowl of rice grains in a pot with 1000ml water and cook till it becomes porridge. Than add all ingredients into the porridge. Cook until the prawns are cooked. Lastly, add salt and pepper to taste.

Trust me, this porridge is very delicious. It helps to have beautiful skin. Ladies can eat this with a peace of mind. This healthy recipe is able to energise your body and there's no need to go on a special weight reducing diet.

Hi Jolene

You can find Sasa at Bishan Junction 8.

If u are finding durable and economincal glass jar/container, go to the $2 shop (Diaso). They have a variety of of shapes and sizes, plus nice design.
