Epilepsy/FITS Panic attack and anxiety depression

After all these years of findings, I strongly believe in having health maintenance, to prevent problems before they attack.

Fits seizure is a result of an irritable focus of electrical movement in the brain that affects the normal brain functions. Seeing a doctor or neurologist is IMPORTANT. Most doctors will give anti-depressants and sedatives that affect moods and energy, thus so many people do not like to take.

If doctor prescribed you with some medicines but you stop taking it suddenly, this may cause more problems. I would advise you to consult your doctor first f you want to stop any medicine. My health remedies is something like a preventive measure. It is meant for you to stop all medical help.

Depression and anxiety attacks can be caused by a series of unhappiness and stress events accumulated in our body over a period of time. It can affect our mental abilities to calm down. It takes time to heal. I discovered that doing a hand bath with Rose geranium, Lavendula vera and Grapefruit pink can help one to calm down and relax.

Common supplements for FITs and depression anxiety people are:
a. Calcium magnesium supplements which decrease nervous irritability
b. Omega 3 fatty acid
c. Vit B complex

Acupressure and breathing exercise

  • Practice breathing exercise everyday

Breathe in deeply to the count of 6 seconds. Hold your breath for 2-3 seconds, and breathe out slowly for 6 seconds. When you inhale, must inhale slowly till belly bloat out. When exhaling, slowly squeeze out all air from belly till its flatten. Perform this exercise 7 times in the morning.

  • Aromatherapy
Recently studies have shown that ‘calming’ essential oils with established relaxation techniques can help reduce the onset of anxiety-induced seizures (Betts, 2002), and also depression.

Use 2 drops of Lavendula vera and 2 drops of Grapefruit pink in warm water for footbath or hand bath. Alternatively, 1 drop each onto tissue, smell slightly BUT DO NOT perform deep inhalation with oil.

To enhance the effect, add 1 drop of Lavendula vera and 1 drop of Grapefruit pink beside your pillow. Lie down. Rub both hands till warm and put both hands at the sides of your waist as a kind of acupressure technique to calm the body. Do this daily.

Insomnia

A good sleep is very important for good skin. However, insomnia is quite common nowadays.

If you find that you can't get to sleep after lying down on your bed for 20mins, you should wake up quickly and perform an acupressure.

REMEDIES

1 drop of Lavendula vera and 1 drop Grapefruit pink onto tissue. Inhale a few times and use the tissue to rub the following acupressure point (red dot). Press the point for 6 seconds. Release and repeat the same for 2 mins.

Otherwise, you can do a hand bath or foot bath using 2 drops of Lavendula vera and 2 drops of Grapefruit pink in warm water. Do it thrice a week.

Personal Views


I would like to thank everyone for believing in me. I feel really encouraged and motivated with all your feedbacks.
The route towards nice skin and health needs a lot of determination and faith. Do not be too anxious to see results. The more you worry, the more you expect, the more blockages you are creating for yourself. Just relax ok.

It is great singapore sales once again. I did a review on certain aroma oil prices. A good quality Geranium oil is selling at $62 for 10ml at Taka. I can't find Rose Geranium. The reason why I am still able to bring in Rose Geranium and selling it at $45 for 12 ml is, because I am not doing any multi-level marketing. I devote most of my time doing research with my mission to propagate the importance and benefits of true aroma oils.
I will only bring in oil when I have workshops to ensure they arrived fresh and of highest quality. There are many species of herbs but over the past 10 years, I have only managed to complete my research on 16 kinds of herbs and oils. My research does not end here, I will continue to review from time to time.

I have personally experienced many illnesses such as bodyache, depression...sinus etc........The main reason why I am able to be here to share is because of natural therapies that has helped me to recover. Beauty and Digestive system

Many people have indigestion problem. This is rather common in modern society. Stress is the main reason because stress affects the nervous system, which indirectly affects the digestive system.

Aromatherapy was popular in Singapore but the popularity drop because not many people know the right way to use it. I have spend 10 years to discover easy DIY methods to release stress.
One of which, is stomach massage. This stomach massage can help to release stress and calms both body and mind.

Method:
- 1 drop of Lavendula vera,
- 1 drop of Peppermint Avenisis

- Add the oil into a 20 cent size coin of any cheap body lotion moisturizer
- Massage stomach clockwise while lying down on the bed.
- Perform this massage 3 times a week (not for pregnant women).
- Do not do this exercise immediately after food,
- Best to do before sleep to enhance sleep.

Herbal tea:
Many herbal tea helps to improve the digestive system.
Try making this tea. It is delicious and has many health benefits such as calms the mind and settle the stomach.

For 4 persons:

1 tablespoon of Gui hua, 1 tablespoon of dried Peppermint leaf, 1 litre of hot water in tea pot. Add Gui Hua and Peppermint leaves into the hot water. Steep for 15mins, add honey to taste.

DELICIOUS : Real natural Gui Hua can be found in chinatown..... chinese medical shops.

Skin allergy, and soup for body ache.


Hi, this is my left leg and I am pointing to an acupressure point called "Xue Hai". Press this point for 6 seconds and release. Repeat the same for 2 minutes. This acupressure point helps to reduce skin allergy, pigmentation and freckles.

Worries and anxiety can result in rashes. I suggest doing hand bath with 1 drop of Lavendula vera and 1 drop of Grapefruit pink to reduce anxiety panic attack , and rashes caused by panic.

Now. allow me to share a soup recipe that is quite good for backache

Immerse 1/2 cup black bean overnight in water. Pour away the water on the second day.
Boil the black beans with 700ml of water till the beans soften. Drink this water twice a day.
Do it consecutively for 5 days and you will feel your backache recovering faster.

Bryan's Anti Body ache, neck shoulder and back pain technique

I used to have serious neck, shoulder & backache. It was really bad and I need to take pain killers and muscle relaxant all the time. That was 10 years ago when I was studying in QUT Brisbane. I was very very fortunate to meet a few teachers and herbalists who taught me ways to release the pain. When I returned to Singapore, I started to share this wonderful technique during my workshops and on Channel U. The feedback has been very positive and encouraging.

Bryan's Back: c2 c3 Bone degenerated, t7, curve to right. Constant headache and migraine.

Bryan's Anti Bodyache method

Drip 1 drop of Majoram, 1 drop of Lavendula vera and 1 drop of Peppermint avenis onto a 20cent size moisturize cream. Blend with index finger and massage at the ache or tense area.

This blend can be used in times of pain, tension at neck, shoulder, back or joints pain. The oil can penetrate into the blood cell and nerves to relax and warm the area, which in turns help to improve blood flows. Certain oil has the properties of anti-inflammation and soothing, target to remove the damp energy working long term in air con office.

Lavendula Vera


The response towards Lavendula Vera was overwhelming. I received many enquiries about Lavendula vera... As I have mentioned in the program, there are many species of lavender in the market. After so many years of research, I concluded the best lavender is this Bulgaria Lavendula Vera. Its gentle, sweet and nice.

It is more difficult to find good aroma oil in Singapore now, unlike 10 years ago. I am very happy to share Lavendula Vera with many of my friends who find it really good and effective.
Lavendula Vera has many usages. It is good for nerves tension, muscle spasm, anti- bacteria, antispetic and calming. I called it the first aid kit at home.

Beautiful Skin in no time


One of my skin care routine that I would like to share with everyone of you is,
DIY facial steaming. Do a facial steaming once a week and you will see your skin soft and radiant.

1 drop of Rose Geranium and 1 drop of Grapefruit pink into a bowl of hot water. Keep your face about 20 cm away from the hot water and steam your face for 5 minutes.
You can also drape a towel over your head and the bowl to keep the steam directed at you.

Wash your face with cold water when you are done with facial steaming.
Do not throw away the water that you used for facial steaming. After facial steaming, you can add some cold water to the bowl so that the water temperature is just nice for you to do a hand bath. It can relax your body, mind and emotion.
