Not really but some people do treat it as a moisuriser. For me, I apply a very thin layer after serum by dabbing on wrinkles area. Once a week, I will apply on whole face and neck. Do not neglect your neck if you do not want a saggy chin...... After applying it, you can apply your own moisturiser if you want.....

Bryan smiles a lot, which caused deep laugh lines.
