Foodcure u must have weekly:

Dose: Take a B-complex vitamin so that you get all your B vitamins. Take this daily for 5 days and rest on weekends.

D) What can I say which is the most effective method.
Masage stomach 54 times clockwise 5 times a week. Daily press acupressure 2 fingers below navel 2 mins.
Seat on a chair. Place both hands on the midline of your back. Scrub up and down lower back until warm. Wear a cloth to do.
E) Every morning : Breath in deeply into stomach area to your sexual organ 4 count and than hold breath 7 counts and exhale7 counts. (Perform 5 times)
F) 4 times a week 1/4 cup rice (rice cup ah) and 6 bowl (small bowl) water with a tablespoon Goji seeds and 5 walnuts boil and drink the rice water.
MAN: Don't use too much hot water bath. Don't eat too much celery.
