Very extraordinary exercise & cooking class i ever attended.
1) exerise class is more then an exercise class. You taught us how 5elements can affect our health and emotions. I have a lot of fun as I learnt.

2) cooking class is not just any cooking class. You taught us how 5 elements, how yin and yang food affects our health. I think this is very useful and not blindly follow any recipes.

Thank you very much for all the good useful tips and advice.

Hey, those who have not attended the cooking class, you have to attend.

The dessert was so awesome and the herbal soup specially prepared was so yummy and homemade.

I was recovering from a bad cough when I attended the previous cooking class, my throat and chest feels more soothing after drinking the herbal tea even though I really dislike the smell of Luo Han Guo.

I don't like to do exercise. I joined the class because I want to get rid of my bloated stomach that made my pants so tight.

After attending the class, I find it is not the normal exercise class. The stretches are so simple and best of all, I seldom get bloated stomach now. Even if I did, I will practise what you have taught us in class.

1 1/2 hr passed by too fast but it was a very interesting exercise class worth attending.

Hi Bryan,
I hope you can introduce this 5 elements class to CC or companies. I am one of the pioneers to join the first 5 elements class.

I left the class feeling happy and uplifted and all ready to charge.
I will join the class again if you accept repeat students. Thanks

Dear Bryan,

thanks for your natural methods of improving health. Recently, I went to neigbour country to work and find the water very dirty and not tasty. So the next time I went, I brought the Japanese bamboo charcoal you recommneded on T.V. I boiled water with the charcoal. The water taste good and more purified.

Thanks once again!

The bamboo charcoal can be bought from John Little at Marina Square. In front of the cashier near the baby department. There is a short video featuring Bryan Lao Shi on how to use the bamboo charcoal.
Enjoy the bamboo charcoal drink!

If there is a 15% or 20% JL sales, the bambocc charcoal are entitled to the discount also.

Just now I accidentally cut myself with papers. It was very deep. After applying it on the wound, it close up very fast. Thanks

I would like to express my thanks to u here lao shi.

My wife was jobless for many months, so i decided to get her a moonstone bracelet last month. To my surprise she found a job now at JTC. May be is....moonstone may be is luck. I dont really care, because i knowafter she wore the bracelet she becomes more positive and the positive thinking affirmation you prescribe to her, it works.
