5 element exercise class Successful Happiness from within

2nd August cooking class , i will call individual to confirm by tomorrow. SO far full house.
The 5th 5 elements exercise class is completed. A class that combines dance, acupressure, aromatherapy, music, kickboxing and 5 elements balancing. Wellness, health and beauty in a practical ways have surprised many. This group has break record. 80% of the students can feel the Qi ball in second lessons, the others are near there :)
Thank you for coming and have a great Sunday. I will conduct another 5 elements class in October. 2 lessons to complete the whole course. It will be conducted on 2 saturdays. Details will be out soon. A herbal recipe will be given to balance up your 5 elements during the class. Only 30 student per class.

One of the participants in this class is a very famous Yin & Yang yoga teacher, Mis Wong. She will be conducting a yoga class for us soon. Its a specialised yoga class. Look out for details soon. However, it is preferred that you have attended the 5 elements exercise class first before going for your yoga class, so that you have equipped yourself with a basic understanding of Yin and Yang.

Some of us went makan together after the class. Happy to make new friends. CHeers!

I took up a one year course on Performance Arts in Lasalle Arts in 1998. These are some stretches which can help to strenthen ankle and, also through breathing exercises, freckles caused by unbalanced of 'Ki' in liver can be reduced.

NB: I wore my new bracelet yesterday in my 5 elements class. I made this bracelet specially for myself :D Drop by http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/ to have a look. I am so happy to know that many of you like my 54 beads Amethyst mala. It is really a blessing. Thank you very much for your support.

All your comments reminds me of the good times in the previous class.
I will join again if Bryan allows people who joined before.

The ankle exercise helps a lot. My condition improved after practising it for a month. Thanks.

Hi Bryan, I overheard the spinach soup recipe from your radio program few weeks ago. I have been drinking the soup three times a week. I don't feel giddy easily now. Thanks for this useful recipe.

I think the stretches are very simple to pick up. I practised it everyday while watching TV at night. I find my thighs and stomach more toned now.

Hi Bryan, i joined your exerise class some time ago & i find it very special. I hope you can consider conducting this class on a regular basis, maybe once a month for all, including those who have joined before. Then everyone can do it together. It is so much fun.

Hi Bryan,

Thank you for organising the exercise class. When doing the kickboxing, very "chuan", but it's fun! Not forgetting Ms Wong, who taught us some simple yoga stretches. Have to put into practise for what we've learnt.

Cheers
Gerlin

Hi Bryan, my friend likes the cleanser and anti-aging serum a lot. No complaints at all for his sensitive skin.

Hi Bryan, your facial products suits my skin very well but just a suggestion to you.
Would you be able to come up with a travel pack for your facial items?
I travel a lot due to my work nature. No time to find empty bottles to pour the cream, serum etc inside.
It will be good if you have a travel pack. I can just pack and go.

Dear Bryan lao shi
I enjoyed the 5-element class very much. It was packed with lots of fun and laughter. I agrees with Mrs Ho suggestion that having it on a regular basis maybe once a month so everyone( old and new students ) could gather together to have more fun and laughter besides doing the exercises. Maybe lao shi could consider about it.

Tks for the mala I received. The colour is really beautiful. I used it for my prayer. Tks for your great effort you ve put forward for all your students and listeners. May God Bless and Guide you thru each day.
