MCYS Dance and Scent Therapy

It was a truely enjoyable session at MCYS today. Completed the dance and scent therapy workshop with 20 happy ladies. A mixture of pop dance, eastern dance and modern dance. I am so happy and you, ladies did very well. Cheers!

This saturday is Bryan's 5 elements class. All participants: I promised you lots of surprises and you will be slim , young and healthy after the 2 sessions. See ya :p

I think I overworked these few weeks. My face is a bit dull. But I did a facial steaming last night plus drinking of Ginseng for 2 days and pressed my Zu San Li. I am up up and about once again! Feeling so energetic as before now!
NB: Many new to this blog, event list is

Hi Thanks for the tiger eye Dzi Bracelet. I have successfully close the deal which was obstructed for months. Thank you for your motivation.

I am getting a moonstone bracelet for my wife. I wonder you can reply my email which was sent to you more than 3 days ago and sms.

Your reply is much appreciated. As her birthday is next month.

I have contacted a friend who works in NOL, they may be interested in your talk so please check email.

Oh agreed with Sam, you have not reply my email for orders, my colleague has been waiting till neck long.

Hi Bryan Lao shi, I tried the hair blend and can feel the improvment after using it continously for 3 days. My hair does not get entangle so easily and my grass alike hair is now soft and smooth.

I also think the hair blend is one of the best hair tonic i ever used.
I rebond and color my hair every few months. My hair becomes so dry and I have to spend money on treatment as well.
Your hair blend has saved me quite an amount of money. Thanks.

Hi,I gave my mum the fig soup recipe. She cooked it for dinner today. I dare not try because I dislike the smell of fig a lot. But my parents like it very much. My dad asked my mum to cook it again next week!
Maybe I will give it a try the next time round.

Enjoyed today class though did not perspire at all but could see our bryan lao shi was perspiring . Came to know more friends in this class. Glad to learn that doing exercises
need to combine with the correct breathing in order to achieve the benefits of the exercises.

Sad to miss the beauty & health part 1 . Hope lao shi could try to organise the part 1 again for those could not make it on Friday to Saturday.

I thank you for today lesson in kim keat dance studio and the 3 volunteers in the class.
