New recipe & new findings.

The soup that I introduced in my 5 elements class is called ''White Lily Eradicate hundred illness soup''. This soup helps to calm the mind, chronic fatigue, poor memory and depression.

Ingredients:
Bai He 1 liang, Shu Di Huang 1 liang, Chen Pi 1 tablespoon, Hei Zao 5 seeds. (百合 一两 , 熟地黃 一两 , 陈 皮 , 黑 枣 5)
8 bowls of water and boil for 45mins.

Properties: Nourish lungs and balance the mind, insomnia, tiredness, blur and depressed. Drink twice a week. (Please consult your doctor first before taking if you have any health problems).

NB: Don't forget this morning post on the 2 courses. Updated www.omhealth.com/bryanup.htm
Oh, important new findings that coincide for year 2009 with my Mala hhahahhaa, maybe in the papers soon. Visit http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/ for more information

Ya lor, much to my surprise, Bryan Lao Shi went into details to explain the 5 elements of our body and what type of food for different body type.
Now I will be more conscious during marketing and cooking. No wonder some food and herbal tea not suitable for me.
Thanks Lao Shi

Hi Bryan, I think drinking good healthy soup is very important. My husband is an extreme workaholic. I always made him soup for dinner everday.
Recently, I went Perth to visit my sister and stayed there for 2 weeks. My poor husband fell sick with flu and cough during my absence. I think his immune system is better when I made him soup regularly.
Oh ya, I brought along the rice bran oil for body bath because it is very cold over at Perth now. The rice bran oil managed to keep my skin from scaling.
I am so used to visit your blog when I am in Singapore. When I am in Perth, I still visit your blog without fail. I think it has become a habit already. My sister is now hooked onto your blog as well.
Thanks for everything.
