Qi Massage

Our crown point is the junction of 100 energy channels. When we are stressed up or under pressure, sadness and fear, it results in energy blockages which prevent us to think clearly and causes general tiredness. This also indirectly causes our face to look dull. Simple acupressure helps to activate our body meridians. The crown point is one of the point that help us to have a clearer mind. It is very simple. Press the point as shown in the picture for 10 second than release (repeat 3 times) with eyes close. That's all! Simple as that :D

Hmmm....this picture is obviously not drawn by my talented Art director, Edric. He is on leave so I have to 'take over' for today :p Hahahaaa....You can see that I am not good in drawing but a picture tells a million word. I need to show you a picture so that you can have a clearer picture of what I am taking about. Hope you don't mind. Saw the point "X"? Yap. That is the point I am talking about :)

If you wanna learn more interesting acupressure point for beauty and health. Don't miss out the upcoming 5 elements exericse class on 12 & 19 Feb 09. http://www.omhealth.com/bryanup.htm#BEC

NB: Many people shared their happy news with me during the festive season. Congrats to you. Its a good beginning :) Check out one story that really touch my heart at http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/

This point is very good because I have been pressing it for many months and I can think better. Best of all, the point seems to bring my hair loss problem under control.

Thank you bryan.

Bryan,
this acupressure point is very effective when I use it with your beauty hair set.

I never thought I can keep beautiful long and healthy hair too.

Thank you.
