My Healing Bag
Very often you will see me with a bag or a sport bag walking around Singapore doing my research etc. I don't drive so I need to keep bag simple and light. I think items inside a one's bag represent his/her luck and well-being. If I carry things that I liked and keep it neat and clean, I will feel very happy all day long.
What's in MY BAG?
1. Super light umbrella (from Toa Payoh hub, $13)
2. PSP ( I take a short break from work while waiting for my public transport)
3. A little book of happiness and affirmation card (I will turn to a page and read when the day gets a bit hectic and stressful. This was given to me by my HR in 2001)
4. Lapis Lazuli Beads with Dzi and a 9 eyes Dzi (It helps to bring balance to my mind and body. Also in a way, it improves my communications, luck and protection from all harm. I believe it really bring me a lot of happiness :O and opportunities)
5. Peppermint oil (Sometimes I have to talk for non stop for 6 hours. I will quickly apply one drop of peppermint oil onto tissue and inhale lightly. Then I press the tissue against my He Gu acupressure point to improve circulations. It really works and natural compared to medicated oil)
6. Watermelon Frost mouth spray (Sometimes when I am feeling a bit heaty, this acts as an emergency when I am unable to find herbal tea. I will spray once into my mouth and drink a mouthful of water. It prevents ulcer too.)
7. Neroli facial oil (The wind is so strong and dry, so I will make it a point to apply a few drops of Neroli oil onto my face, hair and body every time after a work out at the gym. Neroli oil is not oily but packed with vitamin E and free from chemicals. I love the nice aroma and best of all, it helps to prevent wrinkles)
8. MP3 ( I will ask around and msn you all for new songs and download to listen :p)
9. My lavendula vera charcoal flora water (Works instantly whenever I want to freshen up simply by dapping some onto my face.)
10. A notebook and a pencil (I like to take notes on health related issues for what I have learnt and come across as part of my research and learning purposes)
11. Sunblock SPF50 (When I go swimming. Usually SPF 25 is good enough)
12. Elder flower sweet ( Sometimes I get this from some kind participants during my seminars)
During the Part 3 workshop : Beauty and Health transformations with Bryan, you will get to learn Kwa Sa and I will also show you how to make tea using fresh elder flowers.
NB:Do take note that the Welcome 2009 Fengshui workshop on 21st Jan will be held at Toa Payoh Safra, Thomson Room from 7pm - 9pm. Please be seated at 6:45pm. There are still 15 seats avaliable. To register, email to class@omhealth.com or sms to 97785454 with your name.

I look forward to your shampoo and body lotion.
Bryan,
I bought the Neroli oil and lavender charcoal water few weeks ago. I used the Neroli oil as what you have taught. I can see how my skin texture has improved.
Thank you very much.

Hi Bryan teacher,
while everybody said the amethyst mala is good, I like my lapis mala very very much. I feel very comfortable with it.
But my friend bought the amethyst mala. She carrys it everywhere with her because it helps to reduce her headache.
Thanks for all your concern during my difficult times.
God bless
regards,
Connie
Bryan,
My husband likes the 3 oil methods especially the peppermint minty smell. He said he feels fresh and the ache disappear after applying the oils.
