Sugar Honey Honey Sugar

It would not be an easy task to change all our food to organic food. Nevertheless, there are still some common daily food where we can make an effort to switch to organic or non processed or bleached and yet not very expensive to use. One of these common daily food is sugar.

Every morning, I will drink a cup of coffee with some sugar. Not forgetting the food that I consumed everyday. Sugar is found in most of our food. This means I am consuming a lot of processed sugar everyday, which is not very good to my body.

Therefore, I told mum to replace the sugar we used at home to organic sugar. I got this big bottle of organic sugar from City hall cold storage at only $4.75. Wow...I think it can last me for a few months!

Lately when I was doing my research, I discovered that many aloe vera gel available in the market may be bleached. Real aloe vera gel has pinkish yellowish color if they are extracted naturally. Hmm! This will be my next mission :D I will look for the best aloe vera gel in market :)
