Thank You, Kim

I would like to express my heartfelt Thanks to Kimsherbshop for making it possible for me to share the incense with my participants during yesterday's Crystals & Color therapy workshop. I think we should appreciate the fact that we can get to enjoy this high quality sandalwood powder at such a good price, and be more understanding if Kim is not able to have your orders sent out promptly. Most of you would probably know by now, Kim's sandalwood powder goes out of stock easily due to her usual supplies to spas and therapists.

Many of you feedback to me that Kim's sandalwood powder brings calmness to your body and mind etc. I will let Kim know. I bet she will be very happy to hear all this :) You can visit Kim's blog at http://kimherbshop.blogspot.com/ Oh, do not place your orders for sandalwood powder with me. You should email to Kim @ kimsherbshop@gmail.com :)

Bryan's ways of using sandalwood powder
For Cleansing:
I will burn a bit of sandalwood powder in a nice Japanese incense bowl once a week. I use about half a teaspoon of the powder and a lighter to light it up. Of course, I don't use my nose to inhale the incense, I will let the aroma diffuse to the surroundings. This is not toxic at all :) According to one of my friend, it is best to cleanse the house on Friday using aromatherapy or sandalwood incense as sandalwood has strong protective energy against negative energy. Personally, I think sandalwood is a gift from our Mother Nature for good health and beauty. Best of all, it can be used by anyone since it is non religious.

For Beauty:
I will mix a teaspoon of sandalwood powder and mix with a bit of water for my body scrub. I will usually do a body scrub as the final step after I shower. Scrub gently for 1 minute and rinse off. Besides using my all time favorite clay mask(Green/Pink/Yellow), sandalwood mask is also a must in my beauty regime. Of course, I don't use them together. I will use them in alternate weeks. I will mix sandalwood powder with my Lavendula vera charcoal water and apply onto my face. Leave it on for 5 mins and rinse off.

For Beauty Mind and Emotion:
I will also use sandalwood once a week and do the one leg stand yoga as shown in the above picture. This is not religious :) However, if your religion does not permit you to practise yoga, you can simply do the one leg stand posture without having the hand gesture :) If you find having some difficulties to balance well without doing the hand gesture, you can cross your hands and do the one one leg stand :D

Benefits of one leg stand:
Beautify skin, fight chronic fatigue, activate the Qi of 5 Organs in the body, reduce headache, helps to focus better and for good memory. This exercise is very easy to do. All you need is only ONE MINUTE a day to do it. That's not too difficult right?

NB: There are many good products which have been overlooked by us. They need our support and sharing. I am currently doing a research on toothpaste that is free from chemicals. If anyone knows of such chemical free toothpaste, do email me and tell me more about it :)
