Meditation is an art of balance.



Many mistaken meditation is religious. However, it is not. There are a lot of hollywood stars, very successful people who spend 5 mins a day to meditate. It is an art that helps to let the mind rest. If you suffer from insomnia or having lots of health problems, why not give medition a try? You can also call it breathing exercise.

Towards the end of the video, you will see how cosmic energy enters the body. It is just like people who practise Qi Gong will have this cosmic energy entering your body, we call it QI and it rejuvenates the body. 29 Sep i will share with you all how to activate the cosmic energy.... Was reluctant to try out meditation because I always believe it has something to do with religion.

Attended your first meditation class, and my insomnia problems has been resolved. I was actually very excited to share with my friends. But they dont believe, i think is karma. When time is ripe they will learn.

I am folowing this type of Meditation or Breathing Exercise outdoor, very windy, sat at the wooden bench two times by listerning to Mother Nature this morning.

I have tried belly breathing exercise and at my Heart Chakra with my Amethyst Mala last nite. I can sleep very well and place my Mala under my pillow.
