Body Ache and Tiredness _ Terminate them

Normally people who suffered from long term illness such as bodyache (on and off), Neck pain, fatigue or rashes .... will come to a stage where they feel so sick of it and simply live with it.
Again and again and again, lots of money were spent to find cure to these health problems but the problem still does not seem to go.

ACTIONS NEED TO BE TAKEN

Very often, it is our thoughts and required effort that hindered us. Nothing in the world is difficult, its our thought that make us feel difficult or impossible.

Having chronic Illnesses can only recover fast through:
A) Footbath and Lavendula vera and Grapefruit pink for 15mins in warm water

B) Increase intake of vegetables daily (cooked, not salad)
C) 8 glasses of water; Maintain 3 regular meals.
