POwer Breathing


Bryan's Power breathing exercise helps to fight depression and boost immune system from getting flu and cold. If you have cold, it helps to speed up recovery.
Procedure:
1) Sit in lotus position. Put 1 drop of Lavendula vera and 1 drop of Eucalyptus onto tissue and inhale 3 times. This simple act immediately attunes your "Qi".
2) Raise up both hands to your head level and inhale. Slowly bring down both hands to position (1) as you exhale your breath. Do this 10 times a day. Yo will find that you don't get angry easily.
Take note. This is NOT yoga. You can get seated on a chair to do this if you want :)
