Managing Emotions with Spirit Gate Point

Do a hand bath with Rose Geranium with Grapefruit pink oil in warm water for 15mins once a week. Next, use your fingernail or tip to press the point in counter clockwise and clockwise circles 20 times respectively. For the rest of the week, you can press this point without doing the hand bath.

Its super effective for people suffers from anger and sleep problems.

These 2 oil works hand in hand to bring calmness to the mind and disperse any stress related issues. YOu can also apply one drop of each oil into water and use it as a final rinse after shower.
