Green For Life:>

Many of us do not have enough greens. As a result skin aged fast. The green we have outside hawker are badly cooked, oily, not fresh and most vitamins already lost.





Many of us have insomnia, poor skin, normally is because the lack of green:> Green cannot be replaced by Powder form or tablets. They are necessary for your overall well-being, it is also important to consume vegetables on a daily basis for healthy hair and skin. They contain essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.




Greens are high in fiber, low in fat, rich in folic acid, vitamin C, iron, calcium, potassium and magnesium; they also contain a host of phytochemicals like lutein, beta-cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin and beta-carotene. These also contribute to a healthy immune system and can then help the performance of your body and promote hair growth and clear skin.




Next time u ask yourself, for how long , u have not taken a proper Green? Acne, Skin pigmentation all these partly because of lack of Green:> Are u convince and going market tomorrow to buy $1 Green (divide to two days):>


I will have 5 days of green weekly. Every 2 days I will go market to buy a $1 of any Green Vegetables (than divide to 2 days), like 50 cent a day.





I bought a small Tefal Fried Pan from CK TANG ahaha for this.



Preparation: Wash the Greens, heat up Tefal fried pan, add Olive Oil and fast fried my vegetables. Than EATZ with some soyasauce to taste......


Within a week, see how ur skin, ur bodyache, ur life transformed....

Preparation time and cooking and washing is total 10mins a day. If u say no time, well dont complaint to me ur skin. I will scold u.
