At the onset of a headache, apply the Headache organic essential oil rollerball to the temples in circular motions, massaging the temples for around 1 minute each.   Continue to apply every 15 minutes until the headache subsides.

Anxiety Nervousness
Instructions for use

As soon as a sense of anxiety or nervousness is felt, apply  rollerball to pulse points on the wrist, inside the elbow, the temples and the neck.  Massage into the pulse points for approximately 1 minute and continue to do so every 15-30 minutes until calm is restored.
