A healthy Salad

I love to eat salad. But if is too green and not cooked. Our weak stomach may not take it; So today I make a salad which is good for health and beauty.  Alot of young girls eat salad for lunch. Well once a blue moon is ok. But if more than 3 times a week lunch or dinner eat cold salad. It release cold energy to ur stomach and ur reproductive system. Next time difficult have baby , youngster u all dont say I niam. See all ANG MO, east salad alot but why once they reach 30 they aged so fast? Because the essence Qi is lost.

You know Cauliflower contains several anti cancer phyto-chemicals like sulforaphane and plant sterols such as indole-3-carbinol which appears to function as an anti-estrogen agent. 

It  proven benefits against prostate, breast, cervical, colon, ovarian cancers by virtue of their cancer cell growth inhibition, cytotoxic effects on cancer cells.


Ingredients:

1 cup cauliflowers (scald the cut pieces)

50 g minced chicken meat (u go market tell them , they will machine for u)(scald the chicken meat)
5 sea prawn (medium big) (cook in and unshell)
2 onions, chopped to slices
5 chilli padi (cut to mini pieces)
1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBS fish sauce
2 TBS Acacia Honey

A) In a salad bowl put in the cooked cauliflowers and scalded chicken.
B) Add in the scalded prawns
C) Add in onions, chilli padi, balsamic vinegar, acacia honey and stir all.
 EATTTZZZZ

And this salad is ready.
