A peaceful Mind

I think as we grow older together. We understand the need of having peaceful mind. 


U can be very religious, or very Zen and know alot of natural therapy or full of knowledge in Health care. But if you dont know or learn to calm your mind once a day. 


One day, you will just burst into depression in this fast pace world. In the ancient time to learn a therapy is like climbing mountain to learn a acupressure. Now information everyone, people take for granted , u are just like a Memory card store all informations but dont use it. Whats the point having bigger memories.
